By accessing or using the Student Era platform ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and Student Era ("Company", "We", "Us").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Platform and services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. User Obligations and Conduct

As a condition of using our Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and immediately notify us of unauthorized access
  • Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts Platform functionality
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements
  • Not upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes intellectual property rights

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your account without notice.

3. Data Protection and Privacy

Student Era is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference, details our practices regarding collection, use, and protection of your information.

By using our Platform, you consent to:

  • The processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • The transfer of your data to third-party service providers as necessary for Platform operation
  • The use of cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Student Era or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform
  • Use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Student Era shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
  • Interruptions or cessation of service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months, if any.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email at least 30 days prior to taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for updates.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.

8. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Student Era regarding the Platform.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of such right.
